Overview

Lawn Doctor is looking for an individual who oversees and maintains the equipment fleet. He/she oversees a comprehensive preventative maintenance program which includes the repair of failing equipment, keeping records of parts and labor, placing orders for parts/supplies.

Job Functions

Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical defects/failure in all equipment
Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment
Must keep a detailed set of records for equipment and parts inventory, equipment conditions and cost of repairs * Provide training on all Lawn Doctor equipment to employees
Spot checks equipment in the field for proper performance and makes necessary adjustments as needed
Acts as the shop manager and keeps a clean and organized shop

Employment Standards

Hydraulic troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, Sprayer troubleshooting and repair.
Skilled in the use of a variety of equipment repair tools
Knowledge of computers and record keeping
Strong attention to detail
Possession of a valid driver’s license

Competitive wages $50000-$65000+
