Lawn Doctor is hiring reliable, career-minded individuals who are looking for stable, full-time employment and long-term growth with a professional company.
This position provides professional lawn treatment services for residential and commercial properties. This is not landscaping or mowing. Technicians run structured routes, apply treatments using specialized equipment, and communicate with customers.

Schedule
• Full-time Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime opportunity on Saturdays during peak season

Responsibilities
• Apply lawn treatments using ride-on and spray equipment
• Service residential and commercial properties
• Manage and complete a structured daily route
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Recommend additional services when appropriate (commission available)
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment standards
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

Requirements
• Age 21 or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Professional and respectful attitude
