Turf Tamers is looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to manage daily mowing operations and work alongside the crew. We need someone who leads by example, pays attention to detail, and keeps the team working safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

Lead and work alongside a lawn mowing crew to complete the daily route.
Mow, trim, edge, and blow off lawns, sidewalks, and driveways.
Safely operate commercial stand-on, and walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
Drive a company truck and equipment trailer between properties.
Load, secure, and unload equipment properly.
Assign tasks, train crew members, and check each property before leaving.
Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance; report repairs promptly.
Communicate professionally with customers and management.
Track completed jobs and report property concerns, damage, or delays.
Follow safe work practices and keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized.

What we’re looking for

Previous professional lawn mowing experience; crew leadership experience preferred.
Confidence operating commercial mowing equipment.
A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for company vehicle use.
Experience towing and backing an equipment trailer.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the reporting location.
Ability to perform outdoor work involving walking, standing, bending, and handling equipment, with reasonable accommodation.
A commitment to quality work and treating customers, coworkers, and their property with respect.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
