We are hiring reliable Lawn Care Technicians to join our Chattanooga crew. Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to learn a valuable trade, we provide the equipment, culture, and training to help you succeed.

- Licensing Bonus: Already have your TN Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (C07 / CO3) in TN or GA? Start at the top of our pay scale plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

What You Will Do:
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
- Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
- Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
- NO mowing or landscaping
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
- ability to carry 40 lbs bags
- ability to ride ride on machines
- 1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker
- Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bones- $500 ( half at start and half at 60 days)
Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
