Lawn Doctor is seeking a driven Sales & Growth Manager to lead our sales team, partner with marketing, and help shape the future of our growing company.

This role is about more than managing sales--it is about building people, improving processes, driving measurable growth, and creating exceptional customer experience. You will coach the team, develop marketing campaigns, manage KPI's, improve customer retention, and lead by example by selling alongside the team during our busiest seasons.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor sales professionals
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Build accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and EOS tools
  • Work closely with Marketing to create and evaluate seasonal campaigns
  • Improve lead conversion, follow-up, customer retention, and referral programs
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop sales processes, scripts, and training materials
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism
  • Sell alongside the team during peak seasons
  • Continuously improve systems that support long-term growth

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Comfortable using data and KPIs to drive decisions
  • Passion for developing people and building winning teams
  • Ability to travel for training and leadership events
Preferred Experience
  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience managing KPis and performance metrics
  • Marketing campaign planning and lead generation
  • CRM and reporting experience
  • Home service, lawn care, landscaping, or green industry experience preferred
  • EOS experience is a plus
