At Lawn Doctor of Clermont – Windermere – Southwest Orlando, our technicians are trusted advisors. Homeowners rely on us not just to apply products, but to diagnose problems, explain solutions, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
This is year-round, full-time work with structured training and a clear path for growth. You’ll start with hands-on training alongside a certified pest operator who sets clear expectations around quality, safety, and customer experience. As your skills grow, so do your responsibilities and pay. We offer a proven career path that can take you from Technician to Trainer, Field Manager, and beyond — including opportunities to help lead or manage a branch.
What We’re Currently Looking For (Required to apply)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent at least

Driver’s License: Florida driver’s license with no violations in the last 5 years

Performance-Based Compensation
- Get paid weekly w/ direct deposit
- Most of our techs make over $1,000+/week
- Base salary of $15/hour (~$600-715 / what your paid during training)
- Production bonuses for hitting service goals (typical techs add $100-200/week)
- Quality bonuses for keeping your service call count low (typical techs add $25-100/week)
- No Incident Bonuses for keeping the work place and customer properties safe ($500/quarter)
- Bonuses for good service reviews ($25 each)
- Commissions: Earn commissions with add-on services and new customers that your bring in (5% on everything you sell)
- End of year retention bonus above baseline ($0-$10,000)
This pay structure rewards quality work, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention — not just speed.

Location & Schedule

Base: Clermont, FL — servicing the Hwy 27 corridor from Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, Clermont and Davenport

Schedule: Typically 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM, 4 x 10-hour shifts per week. Some overtime may be available or required. We don't typically work Saturdays.
