What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn care services: fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and insect treatments using professional equipment.
- Diagnose turf issues and communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations.
- Maintain trucks and equipment, handle products safely, and follow Washington State regulations.
What You Bring
- Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use equipment
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to meet production goals
- WA pesticide license preferred (or willingness to earn within 90 days—training provided!).
What We Offer
- Hourly pay $22–$28 depending on experience and licensing.
- Performance bonuses and upsell commissions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (occasional Saturdays in peak seasons).
Routes start and end at our Buckley shop serving nearby Pierce and King County neighborhoods.
