What You’ll Do
● Apply lawn treatments (fertilizer, weed & insect control)
● Manage your daily route and production goals
● Communicate with customers and recommend solutions
● Track materials and job completion in our mobile system
● Perform seasonal services and maintenance throughout the year

Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
● A VDACS Registered Technician Certificate is required
● High school diploma required, Secondary education, at least Associates, in turf grass, agronomy, or horticulture related fields preferred.
● 2 - 3 years of prior lawn care or landscape experience is required
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions
● Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
● Requires frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and physical activity outdoors
● Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and on your feet for extended periods
