Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle customer service calls and assist with resolving customer concerns.
- Work closely with office staff on projects and process improvement.
- Manage billing responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Partner with the collections department to support account follow-up and organization.
- Assist in overseeing customer service workflows and supporting office team coordination.
- Review data, track performance information, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Help support the long-term development of the customer experience, billing, and collections functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Administrative, office support, customer service, billing, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and office systems.
