Outside Sales Representative
Overview
This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and closing sales. You will be responsible for developing new business through both cold outreach and company provided leads while representing a respected local brand known for service and results.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial prospects.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best services to meet those needs.
- Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track sales activity and follow up consistently with potential customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support a strong customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
