Location: Lawn Doctor – Westford, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (occasional Saturdays)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments to residential and commercial lawns
- Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, aeration, and pest management
- Safely operate and maintain equipment and company vehicles
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Communicate with customers and office staff regarding services and lawn health
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional lawn care services
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards
- Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
- Willingness to obtain a pesticide applicator license (company supports this)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Customer service mindset and good communication skills
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, turf management, or pest control is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
