Lawn Doctor of Royal Oak is a small, family-owned business committed to delivering high-quality lawn care with a personal, customer-first approach. We are seeking a dependable, motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will work with both new leads and existing customers—helping homeowners choose the right services to improve the health and appearance of their lawns. We believe that when our team members grow and succeed, our business grows with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
- Build relationships with existing customers to recommend additional services that add value and improve their property
- Provide outstanding customer service and develop long-term client relationships
- Retain customers through proactive follow-ups and post-sale communication
- Learn and understand Lawn Doctor’s service offerings to confidently answer customer questions
Ideal Candidate
- Strong work ethic with a positive, personable attitude
- Comfortable building trust and relationships to earn and grow business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day
- Dependable with a consistent attendance record
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Sales experience and/or lawn care knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Experience with RealGreen software is a plus, but not necessary
Training & Support
- We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed
- Product, service, and system training provided — including RealGreen
- We value personality, professionalism, and relationship-building skills over prior sales experience
