We are a local, franchise business looking for a dependable and reliable individual who is eager and ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our team. This is a hybrid position which will require working from home some of the time. Candidates must live in the North Houston area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take inbound calls from customers and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
- Compose and reply to customer and prospect emails
- Assist sales team with selling services over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer data records
- Take payments and handle collections
- Serve as first line of support for customer inquiries via various communication platforms
- Maintain detailed records of customer accounts in CRM
- Work closely with team to identify and resolve issues through effective problem solving techniques
MUST HAVES: (Requirements)
- High school Diploma; Higher education preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in telephone customer interactions
- Proficient computer skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly and enjoy meeting new people
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
NICE TO HAVES: (but not required)
- Knowledge in agronomy or plant health
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Experience in digital marketing

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
