We’re hiring motivated team members for the 2026 season. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a growing local business.
What You’ll Do
- Â Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential lawnsÂ
- Â Operate commercial lawn equipment and ride-on machinesÂ
- Â Provide excellent customer serviceÂ
- Â Work independently while staying part of a teamÂ
- Â Help customers achieve healthier lawns all season longÂ
Pay & Perks
- Â Competitive hourly pay based on experienceÂ
- +$2/hour for applicants with a valid Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License

What We’re Looking For
- Â Reliable and hardworkingÂ
-  Valid driver’s license with good driving recordÂ
- Â Comfortable working outdoors in varying weatherÂ
- Â Able to lift 50 lbs and walk throughout the dayÂ
- Â Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plusÂ
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
