Schedule
- Full-time, seasonal
- Monday – Friday
- Some Saturdays during peak season
- Early morning start times
- Consistent hours + overtime available
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding services
- Run a daily route and complete scheduled applications
- Work outdoors on residential properties
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Use a mobile app to document services
- Spot lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
No experience required — we train you.
This is not a desk job.
You’ll be outside, moving all day, and working in the elements.
But if you like staying active, working independently, and seeing the results of your work every day — you’ll love it.
