Lawn Doctor of Wilmington and Brunswick County is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is ready to take on both leadership and hands-on responsibilities.

Position Overview:

The Lead Technician will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service and smooth workflow. This role requires someone who can manage people, schedules, and resources while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of technicians

• Handle paperwork, scheduling, and reporting

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply tracking

• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of fleet vehicles and warehouse

• Deliver excellent customer service in the field as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field required

• Strong knowledge of turf and proper application techniques

• NC Pesticide License preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage time, people, and resources effectively

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
