Lawn Doctor of Savannah & Beaufort County is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for communication, excellent organization skills, and a drive to help homeowners improve the health and appearance of their lawns.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to build relationships and promote our lawn care services.
Effectively explain our service offerings, including fertilization, weed control, mosquito and pest control, aeration, and more.
Manage and update new customer contact lists and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Answer incoming calls as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
Follow up with leads, schedule evaluations, and help guide customers through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or phone-based sales.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
Able to multitask efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
Experience with lawn care or service industry a plus, but not required—training provided.

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
