We specialize in professional lawn fertilization, weed control, and insect control services. No mowing or landscaping!
If you enjoy working outdoors, prefer independence over sitting behind a desk, and want to be part of a supportive team where your contributions matter, this could be a great fit.
No lawn care experience? No problem! We provide the training and support you need to become successful.
What You'll Do
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products safely and effectively.
- Identify common lawn problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Drive a company vehicle and independently manage your assigned daily route.
- Communicate professionally with customers and help them understand their lawn care services.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles in clean, safe, working condition.
- Accurately document services and complete required treatment records.
- Work efficiently while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need
- Valid Texas driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle requirements.
- Ability to meet job-related background screening and drug testing requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather, including summer heat.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating lawn treatment equipment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile technology.
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or pesticide application experience is helpful but not required.
