We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Technician Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns and gardens, ensuring the health and aesthetics of our clients’ outdoor spaces.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct lawn inspections to assess health and identify potential issues.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients regarding services performed and lawn care tips.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care products and application techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
