We are currently hiring a Lawn Care Technician to help us deliver high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. No experience? No problem—we provide paid training!

Key Responsibilities

Apply fertilizer and lawn care treatments using proprietary equipment
Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Recommend and offer additional services based on customer needs
Perform minor equipment maintenance and assist with shop tasks
Accurately complete service records and ensure safety standards are followed

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors
Comfortable using machinery and learning new equipment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Willingness to learn about our services and educate customers

Ideal Candidate

Hardworking and reliable with strong attendance
Enjoys working outdoors and independently
Comfortable speaking with customers and offering service upgrades
Interested in developing a long-term career in lawn care
