As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions for our clients. This position involves conducting onsite proposals for residential and commercial customers, ensuring a personalized and professional approach to understanding their needs. You will also focus on growing our commercial business by targeting and acquiring new accounts in this sector.
Key Lawn Care Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential residential and commercial clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct onsite visits to evaluate lawns and provide tailored solutions for residential and commercial properties.
- Create accurate, competitive pricing quotes during or shortly after client meetings.
- Grow our commercial client base by targeting and acquiring new accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in lawn care, landscaping, or a related industry. Experience in commercial sales is a plus but not required.
