Lawn Care Technician – Lawn Doctor
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm (occasional Saturdays)

Lawn Doctor is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to provide high-quality lawn care services. No mowing required. Paid training provided—experience helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers and pest control products
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle
- Communicate with customers and office staff
- Offer additional services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Willing to obtain pesticide applicator license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
