The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates a strong work ethic, possesses a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable means of transportation, and consistent attendance. While prior experience in lawn care is advantageous, candidates must exhibit:
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Enthusiasm for outdoor work across diverse weather conditions
- Competency in operating machinery
- Capacity to meet productivity targets
- Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds
- Successful completion of drug screening and background checks.
