The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates a strong work ethic, possesses a valid driver’s license with a clean record, reliable means of transportation, and consistent attendance. While prior experience in lawn care is advantageous, candidates must exhibit:

Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Enthusiasm for outdoor work across diverse weather conditions
Competency in operating machinery
Capacity to meet productivity targets
Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds
Successful completion of drug screening and background checks.
