The role of Service Manager would initially be active in the field completing work while supervising 1 to 2 technicians. Skills and experience needed are as follows:

Prior leadership experience managing 2 or more associates.
Lawn and/or landscaping experience handling and mixing products.
Ability to acquire or already in possession of Commercial Applicators License in the State of Texas.
Problem resolution skills with both internal and external customers.
A valid drivers license.

Position will offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and past successes plus bonus opportunities.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
