Lawn Doctor is looking for dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. We provide high-quality lawn care services throughout the North Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, and Tampa areas.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants the opportunity to grow. Because our technicians work on their own in the field much of the day, the ideal candidate should be dependable, able to follow directions, communicate clearly, use good judgment, and troubleshoot minor issues as they come up.

Daily Responsibilities
- Fertilize and treat lawns using Lawn Doctor’s proprietary power equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete basic shop work and equipment preparation
- Identify and offer helpful additional services to customers
- Work independently throughout the day
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or service issues in the field
- Meet daily production goals
- Provide dependable, high-quality service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good attendance record
- Strong work ethic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use good judgment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, route work, or working outdoors is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
