Lawn Doctor is looking an individual dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Lawn Care Specialist's treat lawns with top quality, environmentally appropriate products, provide services like aerate & seeding turf, tree/shrub care, pest control, and also help to educate customers on landscape care & cultural practices.
No experience necessary necessary as paid training is provided. Work outdoors with customers on a set schedule M-F with paid overtime. Many lawn applications are done with ride-on machines and training provided on all equipment.

- Starting wage: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE (WSDA license start at higher rate)

Desired Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for multiple hours
- Pass a criminal background check
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is helpful, but not required.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
