Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. Our office is located in Spokane Valley off Sullivan & Trent. The Office Manager answers phones, speaks with customers and potential customers, addresses customer questions/complaints/problems, maintains customer data, provides price quotes & sells Lawn Doctor services over the phone, processes daily production/paperwork and manages our day to day operations of a busy office environment. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong technology skills, with multi-phone systems, texting platforms, computer skills including Microsoft Office and a industry specific CRM platform. Training will be provided on this software. Experience or working knowledge in managing social media, advertising, dispatching, routing and or work as a customer service manager is beneficial for success in this position. Actual work experience as an office manager is desirable but not required. The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
Maintains customer data records
Comfortable with suggestive upselling
Data entry by touch/feel and 10 key
Responsible for daily Accounts Receivable & collection process
Schedule and call customers in advance of their services
Comfortable with of social media and how it operates
Makes outbound calls to customer/potential customers
Experience with supervising other office staff members
Working knowledge of Quick Books is preferred (not required)
